All items are sold as is. No refunds or returns. Exchanges are available if reached out within 48 hours after receiving the item. MUST have PROOF OF PURCHASE & PROOF of DAMAGE

Store Policy

Do you ship over seas?

KK Vinyl Shop DOES NOT offer over seas shipping. However, we do ship all within the U.S. Shipping estimates can be calculated in the checkout process.

How long will my order take to ship? What happens if my package get's lost in the mail? Why is my order stuck in Pre-shipment?

Shipping times are currently 5-7 business days due to high volume of orders. When checking out please be aware that the amount go time given is how long it will take to create and ship your order out. Depending on the shipping profile you select will depend on the amount of time it will take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped out. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. If you haven't received an email confirmation please email kkvinylshop@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.

Please be aware that KK Vinyl Shop is not responsible for a package(s) that get lost in the mail. Once the package is in the hands of USPS it is up to them to deliver the package safely. If an order does get lost in the mail KK Vinyl Shop will be more than happy to send out a replacement order once the lost item has been confirmed by USPS and APPROVED by the insurance company. If you'd like to receive a refund for a LOST package the same rules will apply.

Personalized products and larger orders can take 5-9 business days to ship.

IMPORTANT: Customers hace reported that tracking from USPS is not always valid/accurarte. KK Vinyl Shop drops the packages off at the USPS loading dock and/or in person inside the post office where it is later talken onto a sorting truck and into the shipping facility. During this process the order may not always be scanned into the system right away. Please allow a few days for tracking to update accordingly. Customers have also reported that their tracking information has skipped from pre-shipment to Delivered/Out for delivery. If you have any questions please email kkvinylshop@gmail.com allowing 24-72 hours for a response or contact your local post office for further information and accurate tracking information.
